I adore baking and this time of the year marks the beginning of time to bake and reasons to bake.
Last week I finally began to see the beginning of my kitchen (in the midst of being remodeled). My Hoosier is filled with my pie pans and cookie sheets and I am ready for the holidays. The only thing I need is some counter space!
My kitchen is no where near done, but I have found a way to make it work over the last year and I have discovered that I can bake with very little space. I have been pretty inventive and creative with both cooking and baking. I have also figured out that I don’t need as many baking gadgets as I once thought. That doesn’t mean I am not still pining for a Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer with all the attachments.
So here’s to Black Bottom Cupcakes and Red Velvet Cake and Toffee Cookies and holiday cooking. I am so ready and I can’t wait to blog about it all over the next few weeks!
