This is an idea I frequently consider in my practice and in working with teachers.
It’s the idea that at the end of the day everything you do as an educator is rooted in what is right for the students. It’s the idea that sometimes we do what is painful or difficult or challenging for the benefit of our students.
We step into the unknown and the difficult each day. There are moments we question our actions and in those moments we are braver than we believe ourselves to be.
